Yes! The only time your regular cleaner will be a different person will be in the event of sickness or holidays which we will notify you of before we attend your home.

For our basic cleaning package we charge an hourly rate of £17 per hour.

Unfortunately we are not licenced to remove waste from properties we clean so we do require the use of your bins.

Not necessarily, it depends on what you need. Contact us to discuss your needs and we will be able to adjust accordingly.

All staff are DBS checked and have undergone training in different fields which may benefit your needs. 

Yes! We use environmentally friendly products which have been awarded the Vegan Trademark, Allergy UK and Cruelty Free international accreditation. They also meet BRC Global standards and have ISO 14001:2015 global standards.

Not at all. We love our family friends, be it furry, scaly or otherwise. Just be sure to let us know that they are home so that we can make sure they are safe while we work.
