Domestic cleans
Please notify us that you need to cancel a booking within 24 hours of your appointment time (except in the case of emergency). If we arrive to an appointment and it is cancelled at this time or we receive no communication from you, any further routine cleans scheduled will be cancelled. Further appointments will then require a deposit.
If there is no answer upon arrival we are happy to wait 10 minutes however this is included in the time allocation for your clean and will be charged. We cannot stay longer than the allocated slot.
We will endeavour to ensure punctual service however on occasion we may need to adjust our schedule due to unforeseen events such as sickness or traffic. In this instance will aim to notify you as soon as possible and either arrange an alternative, mutually convenient appointment or a replacement cleaner.
Human and animal faecal matter outside of a toilet will not be cleaned unless otherwise agreed at the time arrangements are made. An additional fee will be applied and agreed upon prior to work being undertaken should evidence of this be found at the time of initial quote.
Similarly any hazardous waste (e.g. sharps, medications etc.) will not be touched.
We at Kings Kleanz adore pets however accept no responsibility for care of your animals during the course of your house clean, we will of course say hello but cannot allocate them play time or feed them unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure you make us aware should your pets be nervous or fearful, particularly of items routinely used such as hoovers. We do use pet friendly products however we will take additional precautions(e.g. keeping them out of a room until surfaces etc are dry) if we aware.
In the interests of staff safety we are unable to undertake work at a height, any work requiring the use of ladders cannot be completed.
We are grateful for prompt payment of charges however understand that circumstances can change. We ask in these cases that you advise us as soon as possible so that we can maintain a healthy and happy working relationship.
